Refund policy

Our plaster kits are fragile items. While we take great care in packaging every order, occasional breakage may occur in transit. We keep stock on hand to help with replacements, but please note that if a replacement is needed, we ask that you allow 4 days for curing before we can ship it out.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away with a photo of the damage within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right!
